• For Punjab Candidates admission policy for admission in Medical Colleges will be adopted to accommodate Remote & Neglected areas of Punjab.

§  Government Servants should apply through proper channel & submit NOC from their parent departments.

§  Foreign students should apply through Economics Affairs Division, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of Pakistan.

§  Application Form can be collected from COAVS (free of cost) or can be downloaded from website (www.coavs.org)

§  Last date for submission of application form is 08^th December 2007.

§  Write the name of course applied for on the envelope.

§  The first merit list of candidates will be displayed on the notice board of COAVS on 24^th December 2007.

§  Unfilled Quota Seats will be given to open merit.

§  Fee from the Private/Foreign Students will be charged as per rules / regulations.

§  No Hostel Accommodation will be provided.

The application forms duly filled in along with all necessary documents should reach the office of the undersigned before the closing of office hours of the last date for submission of application. The details of documents required are mentioned in the application form.
